Shipping Policy & Delivery
Delivery
1. Delivery takes place only when all invoices or amounts due have been paid, unless separately agreed in writing with the Customer.
2. Delivery of the Products will take place within the delivery period stated on the Website, with the delivery service provided by Dailipharma and within the conditions and rates associated with this service.
3. Longer delivery times apply to deliveries outside Belgium.
4. Dailipharma reserves the right to delay delivery if insufficient information is provided by the Customer, or lack of cooperation, or no payment is received or due to circumstances beyond the control of Dailipharma.
5. The place of delivery will be the address provided by the Customer to Dailipharma through the Website. Reference is made to Article 8 paragraph 2 these terms and conditions.
6. Dailipharma is entitled to:
Engage third parties in the fulfillment of its obligations under the Agreement. In doing so, due care will be observed. Dailipharma is not liable for shortcomings of these third parties;
Deliver the order in parts, if applicable.
7. Dailipharma aims to deliver the products within the delivery period stated on the Website. However, the stated period for delivery of the Products is indicative and can never be interpreted as a deadline. There is no right to dissolution or damages for the Customer in case of the mere exceeding of the delivery period. Dailipharma will possibly set or inform the delivery date in consultation with the Customer and the Customer will allow Dailipharma a reasonable period of time to deliver the Products.8. Dailipharma will provide the following information In Writing to the Customer no later than the conclusion of the Agreement: price of the Product and additional shipping costs, method of payment, contact details and complaints procedure of Dailipharma, any possibility of withdrawal and the necessary information and, if applicable, return instructions.
9. At the time that Dailipharma transfers the Products to the delivery service or the Customer, the risk of damage and / or loss of the Products will pass to the Customer, with which the responsibility of Dailipharma expires.
10. If the Customer refuses to take delivery of the Product upon delivery by or on behalf of Dailipharma, Dailipharma is entitled to store the Product at the expense and risk of the Customer.
Place of Delivery
1. Dailipharma currently delivers only in the following countries: Belgium and its neighboring countries. (France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany)
2. Deliveries take place at the address provided by the Customer during the conclusion of the Contract. For a home delivery, if the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, he will be informed of the carrier's visit by email and/or telephone contact. Either a second delivery attempt will follow, or the Customer will be requested to contact the carrier within the time indicated in the email message. If the Customer fails to contact the carrier or does not contact it in time, resulting in the Product being returned to the Seller, the latter shall be entitled to charge You for the transport costs incurred. The Customer can never claim any compensation for such non-delivery.
3. By accepting these General Conditions, the Customer agrees that the delivery of the order may be received by third parties, but only at his/her risk.
4. If the Product cannot be delivered to the address specified by the Customer, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the contract by operation of law, without prejudice to its other rights. The Customer will be notified of the termination by the Seller. In any case, if necessary, the useless transport costs shall be borne by the Customer.
