Where can I find the status of my order?

Er zijn 2 manieren op de status van je bestelling te zien:

  • log-in via onze webshop met je persoonlijke email. Dan zie je hier de status van je bestelling(en).
  • raadpleeg de bevestigingsmail van je bestelling voor de tracking informatie. (bekijk eventueel spam mailbox)
Kan ik mijn adres nog aanpassen?

Hoe annuleer ik mijn bestelling?

Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order.

If you ordered today and have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we can still cancel your order.

Contact us at +32 56 13 09 13 or hello@dailipharma.com, we are available from 9am to 5pm.
To speed up the process, please send us a message with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Can I also order by telephone?

Ja, je kan steeds telefonisch een bestelling plaatsen.
Wij verwerken deze manueel voor jou. De betaling kan dan per overschrijving of handige betaallink.

Can I order from the pharmacy?

Yes, you can obtain the products at any Belgian pharmacy.
Please note! Not every pharmacy has the products in stock. These can be ordered directly thanks to the CNK codes.

Manage automatic delivery (subscription)?

You can always easily and flexibly manage your automatic delivery (subscription) via our website: to my subscription

Color difference in liquid between products?

All dailipharma products contain no artificial colorings. The color of the liquid is therefore a natural phenomenon due to the active ingredients (such as collagen, elderberry extract,...)

As a result, there may be color differences between the products.
This is completely normal and has nothing to do with the dosage and/or composition.
-> this would also be completely unjustifiable for us. 😊

Precautions: do not place the ampoules in direct sunlight and store them in a dry place.
