Where can I find the status of my order?

There are 2 ways to view the status of your order:

  • Log in via our webshop with your personal email. Then you will see the status of your order(s).
  • Please check your order confirmation email for tracking information. (check your spam box if necessary)
Can I still change my address?

After placing your order, we will start packing your parcel as soon as possible!

If it has not yet been sent, we can arrange for your address to be changed.

Where can I find my invoice?

You will find the invoice in the shipping confirmation email or in your account.

How do I cancel my order?

Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order.

If you ordered today and have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we can still cancel your order.

Contact us at +32 56 13 09 13 or hello@dailipharma.com, we are available from 9am to 5pm.
To speed up the process, please send us a message with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Can I also order by telephone?

Yes, you can always place an order by telephone.
We process this manually for you. Payment can then be made by bank transfer or convenient payment link.

Can I order from the pharmacy?

Yes, you can obtain the products at any Belgian pharmacy.
Please note! Not every pharmacy has the products in stock. These can be ordered directly thanks to the CNK codes.
