Blind pilot test

introduction:

At Dailipharma we continuously strive to innovate and improve our products.

In the first months of 2024, we took a bold step by conducting a blind pilot test on our product Daili Sleep. We understand the importance of objective research and therefore engaged an external specialist organization to lead the process.

During this exciting test period, we provided 10 participants, who had no knowledge of Dailipharma or our products, with Daili Sleep for four weeks. What made this test unique was that the participants received the products blind, without any label around the ampoule and without packaging.

Results based on diaries and a focus group discussion.

Halfway through the test, exactly after two weeks of use, all participants were invited to share their first experiences with the product in their individual diaries. This interim assessment gave us valuable insights into how the product was experienced and what possible effects were already noticeable in the participants. It gave us a first glimpse into the perceptions and reactions of the users during the initial phase of the testing process.

Focus discussion
After the full duration of the test (4 weeks), all participants were invited again, this time for an in-depth focus interview. During these interviews, the results of the test were discussed in depth, with participants having the opportunity to share their experiences, feedback and any suggestions directly with us.

Below are the summarized results of these important interim and final assessments:

Conclusion

The product works and provides effective sleep support

After careful evaluation and feedback from our test panel, we can confidently say that Daili Sleep is an effective product for sleep support.
Participants shared positive experiences, with many indicating they would be willing to pay for it (i.e. make a purchase) because of the value it provides to their sleep quality.

In light of these findings, we will continue to strive for improvement and innovation to ensure that Daili Sleep is not only effective, but also accessible and clearly positioned in the sleep support market.
